Breakfast is included with your stay and served each morning from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Enjoy a hot buffet featuring oatmeal, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, fresh fruit, homemade granola, sourdough pancakes, sausage, pastries, and plenty of coffee or tea.

We dined there this past Friday and were amazed at how everything tasted so delicious! My sister and I split the ribeye and my child had the kids sirloin steak. From the strawberry lemonade to the dinner biscuits to the Caesar salad and main entree, everything was seasoned to perfection!!!
Our order was brought out in a timely manner after the salads were finished and our drinks were always refreshed (we really appreciated that, especially after a long day of hiking 5.9mi. @Capitol Reef)

"On Tuesday, May 20th, my husband and I felt like eating a good steak dinner after hiking all day in Capitol Reef, and that's EXACTLY what we were served at Broken Spur Inn Steakhouse. OMG!
We ordered the 14 oz. ribeye to split, with loaded mashed potatoes and the steamed vegetables which come with the meal. I was hoping my smaller portion wouldn't have much GRISSLE, since I was really hungry. Neither of us was disappointed. The ribeye was cooked perfectly to our medium rare request, and there wasn't even one teensy bit of grissle in the entire steak! It was absolutely mouthwatering SCRUMPTIOUS! The loaded mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables were very tasty, our server was super sweet and attentive, and the restaurant had a cute, Old West décor. All in all, we enjoyed a splendid meal there!"

Gluten free info: I informed my server Amanda (I believe) about me having Celiac, and she was able to fill me in on what I could eat. She did have to check on the ingredients of a couple things, but I just appreciated that she was willing to do so. Since it's a steakhouse, there are a lot of options here so long as you are not vegetarian/vegan. I actually had the Saturday special which was St. Louis ribs and they were some of the best ribs I've ever had. I also had the baked beans, vegetables, a baked sweet potato and a side salad w/o croutons. Folks have said they have a dedicated GF fryer, but Amanda told me that is not the case because a couple breaded items go in the same fryer like chicken tenders for kids."
